Ark. police investigate fatal shooting on I-40 | Crime

Arkansas State Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a driver on I-40.

The victim was spotted on Interstate 40 in Conway, Arkansas around 5 a.m. Sunday morning near the Dave Ward Drive interchange.

31-year-old Jose Martinez of Conway was found shot to death in his pickup truck.

Investigators suspect someone pulled-up along Martinez's truck and shot him.

State police are asking any witnesses to contact them at 501-618-8000.
