Arkansas to allow concealed guns in churches | Public Spaces

Parishioners in one Mid-South state could soon carry their guns inside church.

The Arkansas Senate gave its final approval to legislation allowing concealed handguns in places of worship.

This bill would allow people to carry guns inside only if their place of worship allows it.

The measure now heads to Governor Mike Beebe's desk.

Arkansas is one of 10 states prohibiting guns in churches.
